On a brand-new home, we don't know the real baseline yet. Starting with a deep clean resets the house properly, so every recurring visit after that stays fast, predictable, and fairly priced.
Moving in or out? That's a deep clean plus empty-house extras — every cabinet, every closet, no furniture in the way — which is why it's priced a step above a standard deep clean.

Handyman pricing covers routine, non-licensed repair work. Jobs that turn up bigger issues — or that need a licensed plumber or electrician — are quoted separately once we see them.
